After attending an event or completing an enduring activity, access to the evaluation form will appear here. Complete the evaluation to gain access to your certificate. Reminder: you must mark your attendance for a live activity.

If you do not see an evaluation or certificate, you can view your Transcript to confirm you received credit. Click My CE and then Transcript to see your attendance credits.

Please login to access your evaluations and certificates. Click Sign In in the upper left corner of the screen.
